I began to envision Chibu over a half decade ago as an idea for a Tabletop RPG and shared it's development on my YouTube channel Pen & Blade. Fascinated by the various cultures and civilizations of the past, as well as a healthy love for fantasy and Pokémon, I wanted to create a world that combined these passions. I thought it would be cool if completely different (and highly characaturized) cultures were suddenly forced to live side by side. However, it wasn't until I joined forces with Cem that this world truly burst to life. Presumably sitting in a cave somewhere in the Belgian wilderness with his quill and ink, he pens the tales I had only yet dreamed about.

It was during a conversation with my buddy Shams that I discovered his world: "The World of Chibu", an amazing universe that sparked my creativity. I love crafting tales where my heroes end up in absurd situations, often more due to their own clumsiness than because of any enemy. If you enjoy epic adventures that go hilariously wrong but always with a smile, then you're in the right place! After all, who said being a hero had to be serious business?
